VISAGE - Academic Facial Aesthetics Training Program

VISAGE’s unique signature format

VISAGE offers a comprehensive academic training program comprised of three main segments: scientific theory, anatomy sessions in a laboratory, and hands-on injection practice.

Together, these three components will boost your clinical abilities as you acquire an in-depth understanding of the latest aesthetic techniques, safe practices, facial anatomy, and facial structure physiology. 

Everything you learn will be put into practice onsite. Under the guidance of master-injectors you will receive guided hands-on training and put your injecting skills to the test on a model in a clinical setting.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) Accreditation


The VISAGE 2023, Monte Carlo, Monaco, 17/11/2023-18/11/2023 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 15 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

#1 - SCIENTIFIC THEORY

The Scientific Theory segment consists of 4 essential workshops (EWS) and Ultrasonography Hands-On:

Simultaneous Interpretation Available

VISAGE will offer simultaneous interpreting services to French-speaking delegates in attendance.

All scientific theory sessions (EWS: Essential Workshops) will be translated from English into French at no extra cost to the participants.

#2 - ANATOMY DISSECTIONS

In-depth anatomy of the face and neck.

Over the course of 120 minutes, participants will be split into groups, each group will attend the 6 following posts. Two options available for Anatomy dissection: fresh cadaver head dissection or artificial head dissection.

Upper face

Forehead, glabella, temples, eyebrows, crows’ feet, hairline

Lower face

Lips, nasolabial folds, chin, oval of the face, jawline, mandible

Neck and décolleté

Upper chest and lower neck region, including the clavicles, sternum, and skin

Midface

Malar region, dark circles, tear trough, cheeks, zygomatic arches

Nose

Nasal bones, cartilages, nostrils, septum, vestibule

Vessels and nerves

A complete overview of the superficial tissues of the face and neck

#3 - INJECTION HANDS-ON

In the third segment of the program, participants will be split into several groups - two participants to one trainer for one hour. Each participant will get the chance to practice their techniques on a model under expert guidance, their skills will also be evaluated.

This invaluable experience will help you to practice injecting techniques with the pros, ask questions as you go, and achieve optimum results safely.

Academic Institute Certificate on Aesthetics of the Face

VISAGE is graded as a pass or fail, upon successful completion of the program you will receive an academic institute certificate endorsed by IUFC in anatomy and injection techniques applied to facial aesthetic medicine.

The VISAGE program consists of 7 modules across 3 segments: 5 essential workshops, anatomy lab session, and hands-on training.

Upon the successful completion of all modules and passing the post-course evaluation, participants will be awarded with an IUFC-endorsed academic certificate in ‘Anatomy and Injection Techniques Applied to Facial Aesthetic Medicine’  


* Official IUFC endorsed certificate is awarded to those who complete the full VISAGE academic program and pass their evaluations.
